Twentieth branch to be upgraded as part of nationwide rebrand
Chadwicks Group, Ireland’s leading builders’ merchants, has announced that Market Hardware in Ennis has been rebranded to Chadwicks Ennis.
Today’s announcement is part of an ongoing nationwide rebrand by Chadwicks Group which commenced in 2018 and Chadwicks Ennis is the 20th branch to have undergone extensive refurbishment.
The company has been part of the fabric of Ennis for over 30 years. The original Market Hardware store started its journey in 1987 in the Ennis Market. In 2000, Market Hardware moved to its current site on Quin Road and was then taken over by Chadwicks Group in 2007.
Since then, the branch has seen great success and employs 22 highly trained merchanting specialists across a variety of product groups all of which will remain in the newly rebranded branch. The expert team receives regular training on all the latest product innovations in the construction sector to ensure its customers can stay on top of the latest trends in the industry.
Commenting on the rebrand, Dermot Forde, Chadwicks Ennis Branch Manager, said: “Market Hardware has had a long and proud history in Ennis dating back to the late 80s. The new rebrand is something that the team and I are all extremely excited about, as it signals the next chapter for the branch. While we’ve added some new elements to Chadwicks Ennis, the same team of experts remain. The difference will really be the enhanced customer shopping experience and we’re looking forward to welcoming customers into the newly refurbished branch soon.”
