A new role can be a challenging time, to ensure we welcome our people in the best way possible a suite of courses have been developed to ensure that all new entrants receive the support they need to be a success in their new careers.
Each new colleague welcomed to the business will also be required to complete several mandatory online modules including; information awareness, business conduct, competition & anti-bribery compliance and policies & procedures.
Onsite in our state of the art training facility all new starters will attend a 2 Day Induction which has been designed to ensure new colleagues receive a thorough on-boarding process. An effective induction is critical to the future success of both the colleague and the organisation. Induction is a highly interactive 2 day course with attendees expected to interact with colleagues and trainers covering subjects including: Company Overview, Policies and Procedures, Career Management, Payroll, Let’s Build it Together Customer Service Programme, Learning and Development, Wellness and much more.
