Diversity is an important element of our agenda at Chadwicks Group as we value the input and participation of all our colleagues and want everyone to feel included and valued in the workplace, so they can bring their full selves to work every day.
We have a number of initiatives in place to drive our Diversity agenda, including our Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Committee who meet on a quarterly basis to ensure we are taking measured action on our Diversity agenda in line with legislative guidelines.
In 2018 we partnered with the government funded body EmployAbility who support the placement of people with disabilities and health issues into the workforce. To date Chadwicks Group have successfully hired two brilliant colleagues through the scheme with plans to create further positions suitable for employees with disabilities in the future.
